Machining and finishing components for the animatronic heads and puppet chacters with mechanical design by Neal Scalan, Vince Abbott, Terry Jones and Dan Burnett. These included the vac-formed ABS cabled nose and lip pieces that form the bulk of the 3 main characters as well as the radio controlled 'hair' top hat assembly, hand, eye and ear pieces in aluminium, polypropylene and ABS for the secondary puppets.
